The Peterson’s have asked you to consult with Gemma to find out about the existing systems that are available in their home. You will then make recommendations for improving the systems and will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and testing of the new systems with Gemma.

Introduction

In order to carry out the tasks you will be asked to take on the role of a family friend who has knowledge of ICT systems used within the home. To carry out these tasks you will have to carry out systems analysis.


An analyst:
Analyses the requirements of the family
