Documentation of your work is a vital part of your assignment write-up.

Many students complete tasks very effectively and then fail to write about it and, therefore, fail to achieve the higher levels.

Below is a checklist of points that you must use in your write-up.

This will be placed on top of the tasks so you can refer to the task in the writing e.g. We designed some logos and decided which one was best.

Have you stated what was the problem that you had to solve?

Refer to your design proposal sheet from Task 4.

List the sub-tasks of the system i.e. what you did - refer to your checklist if you can’t remember.
