Action 1
Gemma wants to personalise her
invitations and envelopes as well.
She would like her cards to look as professional as possible and will produce several
ideas before she chooses the final design.
Use a desktop publishing or graphic design program to design an invitation for
Gemma’s 18th Birthday party.
You can use a wizard to set up the card design but you MUST change the clipart
and content to make it personal to you.
Action 2
Use a wizard to choose the
outline of a C6 envelope and customise your envelope to match your card.
Don’t forget to leave space for the address and the stamp!
Action 3
You are going to use mail-merge
to link your invitation and envelope to the database you have already built.

Print off three merged invitations and one invitation with the codes showing - you
will have to end the merge to do this.
